• Sharing accommodation with 2-3 people in a room with attached washroom Rs. 12,000/-per month, if payment is annual and Rs. 15,000/- for quarterly payment.
• Individual / Separate Room with attached washroom :
Normal Rs.18,000/-per month
Deluxe Rs.21,000/-per month with attached individual kitchenette.
• 2 Room set Rs.24,000/-per month.
They are annual charges if stay is on monthly basis these charges will be 60 percent more and for 6 months but less then one year 30 percent more on daily baises 3000 per day
* Food cost will be 9000/-per person per month including Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner + Morning & Evening Tea.
* No other charges as cleaning and normal electricity charges have been already included to room rent.
* Medical expenses will be extra.
* Care taker can also be provided if required by an individual, at a extra cost.
* 2 people can also stay in individual room or 2 room set without paying any extra staying charges, only food cost will be extra.
